Hi!
I'm pretty new to this whole blogging thing and while I do contribute to the style blog on www.nhjstyle.com, it's a little different when it's your own...
What if you're not not interested in what I have to say!? What if no-one responds? What if they do and they're mean....eeek!
Anyway, here goes! I am a personal stylist and needless to say I LOVE fashion. I have lots to say about fashion- some good and some bad, but I'm interested in what you have to say...
What trends/looks irk you? What do you love? What are your style dilemmas? What are your burning fashion questions?
And before you say you're not interested in fashion, think about the fact that you have to get dressed everyday (or maybe not???) and that usually involves some kind of thought process. What made you buy that particular top and pair it with those specific trousers? Why those shoes and not the others? You're thinking about it a little now, aren't you!
While you ponder that, let me pose a question to you: what is up with people wearing sunglasses on the tube????
This is what irks me at the moment- I see it ALL the time and I don't mean entering the station, I'm talking in the carriage, in a tunnel, hundreds of feet under the ground....I don't get it!
Talk to me...
I hate it when people where socks with those trainer sandals! If your feet are cold enough to were socks then you might as well be wearing full on trainers! I don't get it?
ReplyDeleteMake-up and heels at the beach! Ok, my comments are coming from a little far away. But why, why get all toffed up to just sweat it all off. Or waddle in the sand with spikes when it's the one place you can relax and let your hair down?
ReplyDeleteI hear you ladies and I feel your pain!!!
ReplyDeleteThe whole socks and sandals thing is a complete contradiction...you feet are either cold, or they're not! Shouldn't be that hard to figure out!
And don't even get me started on the beach dollies- they're about as useful as Missoni swimwear...beautiful but not exactly waterproof!
Today I was reminded of another one of my pet peeves- this one is for the guys! Ties worn with jeans and denim shirts... seriously, what's that about? Pick a look- you're either dressing for a suit or you're not. Combining the two is not ok- take note boys!
